- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had stayed with the practice after it was bought over by the current owner in 2012. I was satisfied with the treatments provided. However, I had to wait outside the surgery for the dentist to arrive for my appointment on more than one occasion. My son (then 14 year old) was kept waiting without much explanation for an hour on one occasion. More recently I experienced a six months delay in receiving correct documentation (invoice) to claim dental benefits for my son's dental treatment.Anna ConnMarch 25, 2017
